That group there makes all of 15 rounds down the barrle.
10 to do the Saterlle ladder and 5 for that group.

Do you have much luck doing the 10 round load test?

I was planning to give it a try with my tikka. Seems like the whole plateau in velocity thing would put you in the middle of a sweet spot.

I like at least 7 in a group with cast bullets.
for jacketed 2-5 shot or 3 three groups is plenty.

@waco , did you bed the action? The wood they use on these stocks is extremely soft. Be very careful in the area where the rear action screw goes though the stock. That is usually where they split. But they will split up at the front lug also. Most bed the whole action.

I went with a special order hardwood laminate with mine and still bedded it. I did not want to take a chance.

Nice looking riffle. Exceptional group also. I have my eye on the Boyds thumb hole stocks for years.

Nope. Bone stock. Same as my other one.
