NOE 452-230-HP

Rally

NC Minnesota
Hot muggy day yesterday, so opened the shop doors, turned on the fans, pots, and hot plate. Cast a few for my 45 ACP. Bought a bucket of brass a couple months ago so need to have a few more bullets. As good an excuse as any to spend a day casting.

Those are some good looking bullets!!

Thats one I dont have. A light/small45 HP mold.
I bought/traded 500 Devastator HP bullets two years ago. I still have about a hundred so I dont shoot them allot. But I like HP's in cast esp those that keep vel Under 1200 ish.

Hello, Bruce.

Do you work at one of the East Bay refineries?
Your avatar reminds me of the gear my son sometimes wears, while working at the Richmond refinery.

no that was my pissed I could not go into store without a mask so went to work got hazmat mask and then went back, this was early in the covid scam. The check out guy looked up and said over kill ya think? I said maybe I know something you do not and walked out.

Your son must be at Chevron

good company they have a LOT of benefits encluding a nice gun range out back.

Bruce,

Man, is my face red!
My son works for ConocoPhilips, but I though it was located in Richmond. When you mentioned Chevron, I just went along with it, because I'm not too familiar with the area, other than where he lives in Martinez.
Anyway, he works for Conoco, in Rodeo.

As to benefits, oh, boy!

More companies need a gun range out back, it would improve moral considerably. Well, except the snowflakes who will of course have their little meltdowns, but that just adds to the amusement.

The hazmat suit story had me rolling!
