Okay. I'm confused.

I want to buy some stuff from NOE to size .30cal. noses from .302" down to .300"
What exactly do I need to buy? A body and then the appropriate nose die?

I think all of his stuff is designed for a bushing insert.

Yes, body and nose inserts. There is also a pusher to get the bullet out, don't remember if it comes with the body. It is a flat nose pusher, probably need a nose punch. From those of us trying it, you need to enlarge the entrance angle a bit.

I keep looking at rcbs type sizers just for this type of stuff.

Ben has a nice modified Lyman die that accepts Redding neck bush dies. Does the same thing.
I know a guy who could make you one....
