Tikka, 30-06 Springfield.
Unbelievably accurate.
I had Tom @ Accurate Moulds make me a two cav. mould just specific to this rifle.
I have not been disappointed.

It shoots 1/2 " five round groups at 50 yards with my " Pet Load ".

I've got a Tikka T3 in 30-06 sp as well Ben. While not a tack driver it shoots way better than I do. One problem I have is it seems to have a VERY tight throat/chamber; just not sure it would chamber that bullet. I'd love to buy a few from you to try though.

That rifle looks lightweight. Lightweight in 06 is painful on the shoulder. I would also relegate it to mostly loads just like that. I bet it is a hoot to shoot.......

I'm confused about something though. A few years back I ribbed you a little about the camo scope on the blue & wood rifle. The guys might have piled on a little. But this one has a nice camo job with a big black scope? What determines if the gun the scope or both get camo? Now that it's become a favorite do you intend to camo the scope?

That scope had been on the rifle for 15 minutes.
No time for camo prior to me taking photos.
Maybe later....................
