Believe it or not, if it is an RCBS die they will do it for you. Actually when I contacted them they simply made me a new sizer to my specifications. They've done this twice! 25-20 and 32-20. Your luck may vary. To say I am a fan of RCBS is an understatement.

Buy an RCBS Gold Medal Match resizing die and the neck bushing of your choice.

thanks guys. i already have redding bushing dies. i will never again buy RCBS. they have too much that is made in China. that shows corporate greed. All Redding reloading equiptment is made in USA . i was just curious as to the procedures used to open the neck of a die. on another note; how would i re-harden the die after annealing and reaming . what temp. and is it necessary?

I usually don't bother rehardening them as it would take a lot of use to actually wear one to the point of it being unusable. Just make sure your brass is clean and lubed.
