Organization for Trevor

My grandson, Trevor, at age 10 has difficulty knowing what a seating die / expander die / sizer die really is.
He will begin using the CH 204 " C Press " this weekend.
I thought that it might be helpful to build him a die rack and place it behind the press and put printed labels on each hole for a die.
Hopefully , it might take some of the confusion out of things ? ?
This isn't elaborate, often times, the simpler we can make things, the easier it is for a young person to gain confidence and to make good progress.

The dies are adjusted for 38 Spec., 148 Gr. Wadcutters.
The lock rings are tight.
Nothing should get out of adjustment.

Very neat!
It is also comforting to see I’m not the only one with stacks of bullet boxes on the floor :)

The single stage process is the way to really learn how to reaload, no doubt. I got a Lyman 310 when I was
16, and read the instructions in the Lyman kit, and in my Sierra reloading manual. Also, I had a neighbor friend
who reloaded with a Lee hammer type, so he could advise, too.

I'm sure that Trevor will get the hang of this fairly quickly, and Grandpa is making it even easier and clearer.

Thanks, I hope that Trevor will enjoy loading with this system.

Right now, my role is basically quality control, and safety.

My goal is for him to eventually ( always in my presence ) be able to supply the ammo for his own shooting hobby.
