Picked up a H&G mold!

Why would this be any harder to get good bullets than say a 8 cav. I have a couple 8 cav MP molds and they cast no problem. Just have to get them hot before starting. Other than how HEAVY they would be I don't see a problem.

It's not any harder. In fact, IME, the sheer quality and thermal mass of the big H+G's make things easier. It's not like they weigh 100 lbs!

When the PD stopped loading their own I got the 10 cavity H&G, I think my brother has it. I also got a card board tub of B's Eye I think weighed 12#. There is a smidge of that left. I don't finish it off sorta for old time's sake.
