A coach who understands his audience and a kid who listens to his coach.
I have a feeling that Trevor also has a high level of trust in Ben, he knows that if he is told he can do it then he can.

That Kid is a Dead Eye Shot......Good work Grandpa!
Ben What was the distance? 7 Yards? Looks about what my wife trains at with her CC pistol ( but not that great of a group!)

Yes , roughly 7 yards.
I want him to be confident at self defense distances.

We'll worry about shooting 200 yards with a handgun later...........

My wife shoot a 2" S&W model 32 Terrier in 38 S&W
She shoots well but not a match for the likes of Trevor! ;)

I am thinking that whenever this covid19 allows me come visiting to Cleveland I should bring all my guns so Trevor can see if any of them have potential ;). That kid is amazing! Of course, you deserve most of the credit. You taught him, you loaded the ammo(which is SO important) and supplied well tuned guns.

I look back when I was 11 yrs. old, I remember my Dad giving me a Win. 67, .22 single shot.

I never got any lessons on what a ' sight picture ' was supposed to look like.
Needless to say I was not in Trevor's league.

I didn't time that video, but boy he can acquire a sight picture FAST!. Me thinks you are wasting time coloring in a target on those plates, let him just put a bullet hole in them and use that, bet he does just as well!
