I also use the Sinclair tools, in a power screwdriver.
I also use them to cut the crimp from military brass.
Since the primer pockets are just punched out, it mostly cleans up the rounded edges from the bottom of the pocket.
It does seem to make a small difference on my hunting loads, in bolt action rifles.
After the first cutting, I just use them again on brass to clean out the crud that primer cleaning brushes just don't get to.
