That is always the part that MBA's don't get; you have to have good people to make products even in the most modern plant. Hope it works out for the new owners.

Back when I was auditing locations, I always spent some time with the workers on the floor. Got some good suggestion for management, then some were not so good, but they felt they got heard.

I believe the ammo component of Remington is now a separate entity from the arms maker. I've forgotten where the list was of who got what when everything was divided though. Wasn't most of the actual Remington arms manufacturing done in South Carolina (?) during the last decade or so?
