Look closely at the picture in Post #16 .
The Rem cartridges are not the same as the Winchester's .
Best to use a 308 die or 30 Savage sizer to neck size . The Rem cartridges are more like a 30-30 AI with a Weatherby shoulder . The Winchester dies will mess with the body taper , case length , and life .

I just minimally full length size, push the shoulder back maybe .003. I have hornady dies.

I dumb lucked a set of CH4D .

I found a CH NOS .30 R neck sizing die & 40 NOS W-W white box red W unprimed brass. Since I dont need a crimp for my m8, the 30-30 Win seating die- suitably backed off -works fine.
