Rooster Jacket ?

How come nobody ever mentions Rooster Jacket?

I have used it and find it works very well.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that it is invisible when it dries.

If I lube a batch of bullets but not all of them I can't tell the lubed from the not lubed.

( It does gum up your sizing die like LLA. )

Never used it. I have heard a few references to it but never got the itch to try it. With BLL and 45-45-10 so easy to make I doubt I will ever consider Rooster Jacket.

Heard it's been gone for a few years, never used it, never checked. BLL has made it obsolete anyway.

I've had an unopened bottle of it on my bench for 4 years. Shows you how often I clean off the bench.

fryboy mentions it often, usually lamenting he wished he had a recipe, since it's no longer available. Myself, I know nothing of it, and never heard of it before the first time fryboy mentioned it.

I have heard it mentioned also but never seen any in the wild.
I have turned into a BLL guy and will never look back unless we can not get one of the components.
