My 10 year old grandson Trevor isn't too crazy about shooting the " full bore 357 Max. loads ", but he really likes these mild loads. He will shoot these all day long. This rifle is a JES rebore and I'm VERY happy with it. This rifle shoots 38 Spec., 357 mag., and 357 Max real well. This rifle is a very good training platform for my young grandson.

The load is a Lyman 358242, sized 3575", a wolf small pistol mag. primer, 5.2 grs. of Titegroup.

More realistic to describe The “Legend” as the Maximums Illegitimate son.

Super nice platform the the Maxi Ben. Thanks for sharing. My friend had a orig 357 Mag #1 When he got it he shot it for a couple years. We where talking about the maxi and I mentioned that H&R’s had such deep throats many could chamber a maxi and almost all could shoot a Dan Wesson. He tried a DW and it dropped right in! We tried a Maxi... It dropped in too!!! Chamber cast showed the proof. Someone had re chambered and never marked the barrel. Now he bought this when GB was just starting and now its a couple years later. He was upset as he bought as a collector but knew he got a real good price.
