Somebody doesn't shoot enough.
Ha!! Before Covid My wife & I shot as follows.

Winter;
Two 300 matches per week 120 x2 = 240 Weekly
Pratice min 1x weekly 100 x2 = 200 weekly 400+ Weekly (All Rimfire)

Summer;
Two 900 matches Plus one 600 monthly
180x2 + 42x2 = 422 weekly
Practice min 1x weekly 100x2 = 200 Weekly. (600+ weekly) (25% RF 75% CF)

Totals if all matches shot,
Winter leagues + Pratice; Sept -April 10k+ rnds
Summer leagues + Practice; April -Sept almost 15k.

Post Covid 1- 300match Winter(RF) & 1- 600 match (CF/RF) monthly Summer all x2 plus practice. So yea allot less. But still allot more than most. Not counting missed matches cause of this knee)

Also, thats not case lots of ammo this is broken case remainder of case's thst need storage home.

This dosent count steel or 3gun shoots either.

CW. (Edited for total numbers )

Holy crap CW! A schedule like that would leave little time for anything else! That looks more like work than fun!

More ice this AM. They keep calling for snow, but it isn't showing up. Have to run and pick up my grandaughter sometime today. She's "quarantined" because she had a positive test at school, but a negative test at the hospital AND she's vaccinated! I understand liability and all, but this is just ridiculous. Other than that I plan on some chainsaw fixing and battery collecting and charging. I never remember to get the batteries out of the stuff that won't be run over the winter until about now for some reason. Had one old one that didn't slosh at all, so she was froze and had to come inside. It might take a charge, or not. It's old and a Walmart job anyway. There's a method of "shocking" them that sometimes, often actually, gets them going again I'll probably have to try on a couple.

Temps are supposed to plummet tonite. I look forward to more weather warnings of "bitter" and "extremely dangerous" cold as they are saying it will drop into the -20F area. That's pretty chilly, but I tire of the hyperbole used to scare the population.

In the WTH? category- some low life up here torched a farmers barn and killed 100 head of cattle!!! I don't know about this world anymore, that's just cruel.

I musta missed that memo that outlined how to do that. No watch, but the phone is always active it seems and the clock goes off every morning! :headbang:

CW, I can state quite conclusively and without worry of any contradiction or poo-pooing: you have more .22 LR ammunition than the totality I've seen in the entire county in the past 27 years.
Looks like over flow to me. Where are the case lots? Huh? I'll bet they are hiding somewhere.

For most of the summers of the 1990s, I shot 3 to 4 nights a week.
Rimfire pistol league
Centerfire pistol league
Rimfire rifle league.
each of those had their own dedicated weekday evening.
then there was almost always a special shooting event every saturday.

Also, Sunday mornings was the IR50 (rimfire benchrest). I went to a few of those, but those guys were in such a equipment war, I felt like I was at a Star Wars convention.

I think the omicron found me.
My symptoms started Tuesday and are minor so far.
One buddy I hang out with...we spent a bunch of time together on Monday...He had a 102 fever this morning and he just messaged me that he went in to urgentcare.

Did you get stuck? Symptoms vary from none to no pulse but all of us at work that had the 1.5-2 day mild symptoms around Christmas with no loss of taste or smell and no fever have been having nagging light coughs, low energy, and more aches and pains than usual ever since.

stuck 3x
sore throat with cough mostly,
also slight muscle aches, headache.
no fever yet.
taste and smell functioning.

I wouldn't have even though it was omicron, except I read the article linked below. I then posted on it on FB, when my buddy seen the post, he messaged me that he just went to urgentcare. So, I figure I most likely have it, and unknowning gave it to him on Monday, he has not been stuck. I told him to ask for monoclonal antibodies. He waited 2 hrs for a test, then sent home and was told that results would be coming in 3 days, and then we'll see about treatment. I would have thrown a fit, but he seemed ok with it.

You don't want to believe much of anything Hisun says -- ha, I don't but years of bike riding says rollers get wore that makes the chain longer. Just changing the cam chain you don't know if the pump chain is worn. But yes, looks like a pita to work on.
Loaded a bunch of the 30/30 with 10 gr unique this time under the 145gr PB. Should get about 15-1600 fps with light recoil.

You might just have the plain old flu.

Or a head cold. I thought it was just allergies until two days later at work everyone was sick to different degrees and testing positive for Wuhan, so per company policy I got tested (that was four days after first symptoms) via lab test and bingo. By the time I tested I was essentially over it. My wife never had symptoms and didn't test since we were quarantining anyway. Weird stuff, but stuck people I know personally seem to have a lot easier time of it even when getting Delta, but just about EVERYONE in the community is getting "Covid Light) regardless of what they do. Our lube tech didn't get any vaccines and he was in the hospital three days. Our unvaccinated apprentice had it bad Christmas and got it AGAIN this week (Delta symptoms), we think her wife got it and gave it right back to her. It's a circus.

I made the shelves today. But as always always something... I made it about 1/8" too tall to exactly fit. Tomorrow Ill get the router out and should be able to make it fit.

Here is where I want to put it.

Temps was mid 30's so I built this on the tail gate.

Momma and I got it down into the shop and up on the cabinet where I learned of my measurement mistake. Look along right side. There is a header beam and I wanted this to just slip under that.
