Rich H ....I am so sorry to hear that.Saw what it did to my father too lose my mother. Hope you find a way to make peace with the loss of your other half, and move on to your life ahead, realizing that others around you can still benefit from you, and your life experiences with your wife.

Had a scare at the eye doctor, but went to a specialist at 5 last night, was there till 8pm. So found got drops for the one eye and cataract and stint surgery coming up soon. This is really going to hurt my finances, with loss of work and paying the difference so this will be the first and last operation on this eye. But I am good, at least this is something that can be fixed, and done.

Rick (Arkansas Rick), She's still type 2. Doc has prescribed a med for her. Walgreens didn't have it yesterday. I'll hopefully pick it up today. Her blood sugar this morning was 150.

Confused, I still have CA Blue Cross paid by MPI. Is that not what you have?

Very curious about what med they prescribed. Over the years I had been prescribed about everything out there and none of it did much good. Was one that did nothing but make me sick, half hour after taking it had my head stuck in the commode. Quite common for Walgreens to not have the scripts in stock. More often than not It's two or more trips into town to pick up one script.

We don't know each other personally, but your loss really touches my heart. I am so very sad for you. Prayers going up to our Lord, to help you come to terms with the end of her battle, and ease your soul.
