I just sent some funds through PP. Rules have changed. The wife used a Debit card on our end. Even though funds went through friends or family i got charged and additional 2.30$ because of the card use. So much for paying that way any more.

Al, up here in the Great White North the problem was usually the opposite- too cold. The normal scenario back when I was wrenching was that a guy would come in saying his wife was complaining the car was too cold and the defrost wasn't working right. Yeah, cap, thermostat, check fluid level, maybe even flush the heater core. But the real win came from a bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels! Seems like every singe car I had that complaint with had about 1/4" of well aged cigarette smoke combined with dust and dirt on the interior glass. Clean the windows and suddenly honey bunch was real happy!

The Big Brown Truck delivered the big brown box of stupidly expensive parts that will wear appreciably in 50 acres of hay- and that's IF I can avoid the various spots where some ledge sticks itself outta my so called meadows. Found a diagram of how to weld up a bender for a haybine stub guards that I'd copied off a few years back. Need to get Gordy going on that if I have the steel required.

Both the kids, Gordy and Princess Hateful Hormones, were graduated from their Vocational Classes yesterday and both won awards! Her Majesty even got Student of the Month. Miserable, but she knows her stuff! Gord came home with 3 chainsaws of one of the instructors to fix, (Wait, you are the auto mechanics instructor and you can't fix your own chainsaws???!!!!), and was given a Stihl 041 in nice shape for his trouble. Old saw, true, but a good one.

Tonite is the free rabies clinic in town which another board member and myself sponsor. I checked and we have 8 dogs due for shots! Mind you, I have to be there to direct traffic since it's a drive thru event, (don't get me going on THAT!), so SWMBO is going to have to transport our hounds. Hopefully she and Her Majesty can keep from killing each other and get it done with Gords help.

Checked the pasture this AM and found twin goat kids- jet black! No clue how that happened since the doe is brown and white and the buck was pure white, but they're healthy, so I'm good with it.

That thermostat was stuck open, changed when snowing, on my back underneath. Wife-to-be was with me and I forgot the old army blanket that time. Were going to Bro's to play bridge and weren't prepared for the weather. Semi-prepared as I had gotten new unit and gasket. Then there was the time I had to adjust the Mazda valves to keep it running, at an abandoned gas station.

Repaired the Lyman Mag 25 bottom pour that I converted to a dedicated ladle casting pot. Several weeks ago, I noticed the LED was out, while casting. Was able to get all the alloy out before solidification. Now that casting season is over for me, I finally got around to looking at it. Took the side cover off and found a circuit board with a replaceable 5mm x 20mm 10A glass fuse that was blown. I didn't have one that size so I ordered a assortment kit from Amazon. Came in yesterday's mail. Installed it this AM............seems to do the trick. LED came on and pot started to get warm.

Lets see if I can figure this out. Been a busy morning here!

Nope, won't go. How do I take a phone video and get it to post here? I can find it in my email and save it to my desktop, but it doesn't appear in my choices to attach to this post. And no, I most definitely can't post directly from my phone without having one of my kids here to show me how.

I post them to uTube and make them "private". Then provide a link to whom I want to see.

Same here, use YouTube and post link to YouTube video.

Brett, once you make your video into a YouTube file it will play on almost any device, the native file format of your phone limits what it can play on.

Okay, like I said, I'm clumsy. Let me see if I can fix it.

Can you see the video with the 2 white kids?

I can see one video but not two. Do they have different fie names? Maybe have to list two links. But you're almost there, pat yourself on the back a little.

Ok Bret you loaded a video but it is private and evidently only you can watch it.
I can see all...

Thats not it. "Private" means not published not that no one can watch. Only those You choose can see.
There is another setting UNLISTED.

Well It has been a productive week ( except for the high heat and humidity)
Was able to get to the range each morning for a 1 hour shoot with pistol.
In 4 days amazing how my targets improved with the same load same pistol! Will be out tomorrow also! Then next week I got to get back in to my studio for some photo shoots!

Besides trying to finish filling my driveway... I'm going to tackle the source of the problem! The top of the driveway has lost it's crown...so any water coming down the hill and the back yard is building up early and the original drainage out to the woods is too high. I got to recut a 40 foot long trench to improve the upper hill drainage ( taking the brunt of it "now".... going off down the drive way!
I have the dozer blade on the 22hp Yanmar Diesel.... however I can angle the blade hard but I can not adjust the pitch to crown! I would have to artifically build up the top of the driveway so the tractor will pitch down to where the ditch needs to be!....well that is a lot of hand work!

Thanks guys, it's something new to learn and I'm kind of a Luddite. My oldest boy has been trying to get me to do a YT channel on the junk I fix. Says people love that stuff. Can't really understand it until I realized I watch other guys fix junk on YT all the time!

I think it would be great Bret! I have a channel I started just to share Jeep rides with guys in that club. Then because a jeep mod/fab guy posting videos on that. Then ATV VACATIONS. THEN and now mostly all gun stuff mostly casting and occasionally fishing.
