So, You want a BUNCH of bullets?

This is an impressive video, even if it is in German. Heck of a nice setup.

I had not seen the 8 cav MP molds before. A carryon from the Lee six cav.

Quite the interesting pot, an obvious copy of the Magma. I didn't know Miha was doing aluminum 8 cavities either. Video was better with the sound turned off. :)

Been doing them for a while. I was interested in them and when he came out with a 150 gr 9mm bullet made for coating I decided to try them out. they are basically an exact copy of the Lee 6 cavity, literally, hold them side by side and you see it. Mine runs great and since it is a smooth bullet for coating the bullet just fall out of them mould. My only issue is his designs are a bit strange, my heavy 9mm has a transition line from the shank to the nose and I whish it was just a smooth transition like the magma design. It still works well and they shoot great out of my 9mm competition revolver and my 9mm autos so I cant complain.

Yeah, from what little I know, I thought it WAS a Magma. Is it different some way that a
non-expert might note?

I am not sure if Miha did the video, or whether it was a customer. What language do they use
in Slovenia? Really close to Austria, so maybe as some famous political idiot once said,
they speak "Austrian".

No language expert but to me that was German. Maybe somebody who really knows can
correct me if I am wrong. OK, I just looked it up and the official language of Slovenia is
Slovene. :) Shocking......NOT. In my ignorance, I had never heard of it. But the online
source did note that "the most taught foreign languages are English and German" and
also mentioned that "Slovenia is ranked among the top European countries
regarding the knowledge of foreign languages". I have a Belgian friend who speaks
about 7 or 8 languages. I told him how impressed I was, and that I only really spoke
one language well. He literally laughed out loud and said "If you drive 1000 miles in any
direction from here, what language will those people speak?" I said, well, English. And
he said, "Exactly, but I grew up speaking Flemish. 5 km down the road they spoke French,
and 20 km in the other direction they spoke Belgian, and 40 Km on another direction they
only spoke German. And many people also spoke English. I had to know 5 languages to
get around in a 50 km radius of my home, don't be too impressed" I hadn't thought it
through like that, and he definitely put things into perspective.

I imagine that Slovenia, being another small country surrounded by countries speaking other languages
has much the same practical consideration.

I love the way he just shakes the mold a bit and they rain out. Excellent.

I got one of the rifle molds in 8 cavity. I couldn't keep the darn thing hot enough. I can keep the mold hot enough if i only use the same 4 cavities. Even only using 4 cavities it sure makes a pile of bullets in a hurry.

Bill,
There are several dialects of American English that can be difficult to understand.

Suppose I could be wrong but It's different in just about everything. It is the same design, same parts layout, same look but unless Magma has made some big changes in the last few years that isn't a Magma. Brad's Magma is several years newer than mine so perhaps he'll chime in on any changes Magma might have made.

Sept. 10, 2021 Steve left us. You are missed.
What struck me is the clean, almost sterile looking casting bench. Doesn't look like mine.

Yeah, looks like a surgery more than my casting bench. I thought the basic layout of the pot
was like a Magma, with the lift handle in the same spot, and looking at least kinda like it, and the
PID on the side.....but I know squat about Magmas, really, so easy to fool me.

Several dialects of English.....UH, yeah, roger that, but still most of the folks will speak pretty good
approximation of American English, at least way closer than Flemish and German, at least AFAIK
about Flemish.

And apparently the molds were already up to temp, too.

No bots of lead, sprue, or the odd bullet on the floor. Bench is spotless, gloves are still white.
Looks like a very sterile environment to me. I gots to have clutter,

At large, whereabouts unknown.
That is Wiederlader (Reloader). He has a YouTube channel, and his videos for the US market are in English. He's a very knowledgeable guy, and I've posted links to his videos here before. And yes, he is exceptionally well organized and neat.

I kinda thought it was not Miha. This guy's probably an eye surgeon in real life, or something
like that.

Yes , American English ! The dialects are close enough to figure out . Y'all , youns , yous guys , and y'allins among other gems . Then we have spelling and local pronunciation ..... Yocana is Yuck a knee . I got nothing to explain that . This is made all the more interesting by the random use of foreign words in casual conversation , like rendezvous .

Yeah, helping Ukrainians to translate reports and such was interesting. I had to remember a lot
of long lost grammar rules and such. But it was fun and good for me. One of the hardest thing
for non-native English speakers is all our borrowed foreign words which violate a bunch of
our rules.

First time I heard "torn half in two" was in a song and thought it was a Southern dialect till a Louis L'Amour non-Western, regular old American English speaking character said it.

that is not a magma pot.
it is a pretty good knock off though.
I think Dromia [Adam] has another very similar version there in Scotland.
I recall him mentioning waiting for it to get made and shipped for like 3-4 months.

My wife had an assistant from Pennsylvania that was always very critical of southern and Texas dialect.
The first time she caught herself saying "I'm fixin' to go do something" she freaked out.
