One of my childhood mentors kept his loading data penciled on the endpages of his copy of Sharpe's Complete Guide to Handloading. It was interesting to me to see all of his load workups for his 7x61 S&H fit on 4 or 5 lines. One bullet, and a new line every time he re-barreled the rifle and changed lots of powder. His pet varmint rifle (a .220 Swift) all fit on one line--having >100# of powder for that one, he didn't change loads when he re-barreled. Loads for his Camp Perry rifles never changed (and I used the same loads when I shot high power). Back end pages had pistol data.

I keep computer records. Store in three places, one is a thumb drive on the back of my putter. I scan targets with load data on them then place them in a file cabinet.
