Stand or sit?

I sit now, after years of standing. I am trying to get all of my stuff situated where I can sit in an office chair...makes my back, legs and feet feel a lot better.

Have always set while casting. I used Brads set up one time, and it
worked great, but after about 75-80 pours, the back started bothering
me, and I quit. Don't think it matters if you stand or sit as long as it
works for you.

Stand to cast, always.
Loading it depends. On single stage I sit, on Dillon I stand.

A few years ago when building my new gun room and staring middle-age squarely in the face, I had the foresight to teach myself to sit on my arse to do all these things, and save my knees and back for other things that really need knees and back. It was awkward at first, like learning weak-side shooting, but now I'm glad I did. The only thing I stand in front of for hours anymore is my lathe.

I sit to cast. did raise the pot up about 5" so I could see the spout without bending over

sit for shotgun reloading mostly cause the casting table was the only open spot for the MEC press

stand for metallic reloading

I stand to cast, pot is on a riser so I can see things, and I can move fast if needed. I stand for all loading activities and Star sizing. I only set when using the Lyman 450
