Support your local animal shelter and get free goodies

I want to try and do something a little different this year. I've been sitting here playing with my cats and thinking that they are one of the things I'm most thankful for. One of the charities I support is our local no-kill animal shelter. The love the folks there show to the animals in their care is the best example of the angels that exist in all of us.

I would like to encourage everyone to support their local shelter, so here is my offer:

- Any time between now and December 24 make a donation to your local no-kill animal shelter.

- Get a receipt and take a photograph of it. (Mask out any personal information such as a credit card number.)

- Sends a copy of the receipt to me in a conversation (PM) and tell me what you want from Keith' Korner.

- I will send you anything you want equal to 50% of your donation. Example: donate $20 and I will send you a top punch ($7 + $3 S&H). Donate $50 and I'll send you a nut wrench for your Lyman or RCBS luber. Whatever you want from me, double that amount and donate!

- I will match any donation up to $100 with $50 worth of goodies. If you are inspired to give more than $100 please talk to me, we can probably work something out.

- I will make every effort to have your goodies in the mail by December 14 so you can have them for Christmas, anything after the 14th I can't guarantee Christmas delivery. Some of the items I have to make to order so I need a little shop time.

I know that the folks here are kind and generous and I want to reward that generosity in the only way I can. If you are in a position to help please do so.

Thank you all and have a great Thanksgiving!

We do the same, and frequently source and donate towels, linens, and pet toys that they can use. What they need most is cash, the thing most people are short on but there are a lot of good people here who are able to help out. The SPCA and a couple of other non-profit outfits do a good job, especially when things like flooding and hurricanes happen.

Matt, who has the utoob channels Demolition Ranch and Vet Ranch, lives just about 30 minutes from me and contributes mightily to the welfare of stray, injured, and abandoned dogs and cats. We support the SPCA on his behalf.
