Low temp baking is neat but still is above the ~200F alloy tempering temp. Basically returns WD alloy to AC properties. I spoke with HiTek Joe cpl yrs ago about using UV cured in his product - extreme $$. Not going to happen. Practically, for us hobby types, not worth the $ for low temp stuff. My conductive hot plate cooking is very energy efficient, not really heating a bunch of air, just the ceramic tile and bullets. I do put a cover over it to reduce convection heat loss - makes the bake cycle faster. I was going to PID it but found I can't melt the bases anyway so just crank up to hi and run.
