A LEE 90300 and two RCBS molds all 2 cav.

The one I anticipated most was the 45-270 SAA. I NEVER BOUGHT THIS AS 250's sufficed and my heavy was a LBT 310g. I haven't seen that LBT mold in over ten years. I picked up a LEE heavy 5-6 years back but it requires deeper seating then I like. Then I got another PUMA and that aughta be named Linda. Any how a buddy was thining the herd raising all funds possible for a house purchase and as we share allot of cast it was more to help him out then ta buy a couple molds.
Second RCBS was the excellent 30-180 FP mold.
The last was a 90300 LEE 30 cal 113g.

I cast all today and Im pleased to say, that lil LEE is .315/.316 after PC.
The 30-180 is .314/.315 but its nose is pushing .305. Hoping its a good fit in my 7.65 Arg.
That 270 is a no brainer I know my 45's and this one drops and coats PLENTY fat for my .454 dia.

I got that mold (MP 45-270SAA) recently and have made a few but haven't gotten around to really working it out. I'm looking forward to trying it. I also got his copy of the H&G 503 for my 629 and it looks like it's going to be a dandy also.

How hard is “hard”?
Outta the pot... 12.5 BHN.
Mix was a mess. Cleaning up small amounts of hard. So... 4# Ga COWW 2# Lyman #2 about two pounds of Lino scraps a d saw dust. Topped with 10# of BHN 10 Range scrap. Im betting its gonna be 17-18 BHN.

I finished off the pot with some RCBS 30-180 FN bullets. Total was about 150 of each.
