I was sizing some bullets with a push thru type sizer and had some fall off the push rod.
This is a first run tool to prevent that. I need to bore the sleeve out a little more so bullets fall in easily. The push rod also could be a little longer.
Those of us suffering from lathe deprivation might make a similar arrangement using a suitable bushing, made for bushing sizer dies. The standard push rod might be a bit short, though.

That may not work the same.
The bushing I made has a 2 diameter hole. The lower half is a close sliding fit on the rod while the upper portion is a close fit to unsized bullet diameter. I make my push rods .005 smaller than the final size or smaller so they don’t bind in the die.
The sample I made needs the upper portion recut another .002 larger
