Weekend ammo total

S Mac

Sept. 10, 2021 Steve left us. You are missed.
Don't know what our total is at this point but I just loaded 20 308, 10 Saeco 311 and 10 Saeco 315 for my new Henry. Probably load a few more after lunch.

I got another 650 cast and 1300 powder coated today. Then my wife says “we should install the other garage door opener”. There went 4 hours.

I thought he said the newer single shot. My buddy at work just bought on in 45-70
Only thing I didn't like was the 8lb plus trigger.

I lost track already. Playing with the kids this afternoon so wifey can get some much-needed R&R.

Cast, coated and sized 400 .430-153 DEWC before lunch. In between home worship with the family and breakfast. Kids are down for naps, Shelly went to have tea with a friend, and I’m back at the pot. More DEWCs and some .430-310 plain base.

I did a lot of brass prep today. A full coffee can of .223/5.56
Burnt out, cramped hands...you know the drill...

I come up with 2967 actually loaded this weekend.

I could load 1300 .38s wadcutters plus another 850 125 RFs and maybe another 6-700 .45 ACP and 5-600 30-30 before having to cast, coat, or prep brass, but I got plenty loaded right now so I'm not in a big hurry.

I plan on a good run of 44 special this week. Maybe some 357 mag and 32H&R too.
The wife needs a bunch more z38 special loaded. I need to find a good source of once fired brass for 38 special.

I've got 600+ 45 ACP ready to stuff. just gotta get time (doing double work duty - my normal job, although slow, and filling in for wife's group home staffing, so less free time than normal for me right now...)

I did 600 9mil & 28 45acp. My shoulder wouldn't agree to more.
