I have a 1948 336a in thutty-thutty,,,,it has chamber neck tighter then bore,,i ended up using neck turned cases, and a whole case full of aa-3100,,,and that rifle shoots cast, super good after all.he helpef me threw that snafu,,,,very nice feller!!!
I don't have a 35 rem. but with it's case size and bore volume, IMO it would work pretty good with a 200gr. bullet if you start at 34grs and work forward.
you'll hit around 1900 fps bout the time it starts cleaning up.
