I tend to clean with Ed's Red or one of the carbon removers till I've got the powder and carbon under control, then fill the barrel with Wipe Out foam and leave it overnight. Next morning, push a couple patched through and marvel at the amount of blue pudding that comes out. Then a couple more carbon cleaner patches, brake cleaner patch to remove the cleaner, dry patch, and wipe out again. Lay it down 180 degrees from the first time.. Anything this doesn't get clean was really in bad shape.
I've got Sweats, CR-10, Butchs, Montana Extreme, Wipe out Patch Out, and Bore Tech Eliminator on the bench, I use more of the foam than anything of them, but Eliminator has caught my attention.
