I've cast quite a few of the 134-D's
These are loaded today for my T/C Contender Super 14, 30-30.
Neck turned and trimmed to length cases.
CCI 300 Large Pistol Primer
5.2 grs. of Tite-Group
Bullets sized .311"
Seated a few thousandths off the lands.

Should be a pleasant load to shoot.

What an awesome combo. I bet they all go in the same hole. Got any place to hunt bunnies?

Titegroup and LPPs work great in my .30-30s for mousphart plain-base loads, a favorite being the Lee 2R bullet. LR primers tend to wash lead off before the bullet gets corked up tight in the bore.

This was the best of the "d" series from my tests. It has the right combination of nose to body length. The heavier ones started yawing at 50 yards.

Yes, I use Large Pistol primers almost exclusively in my mild plain base rifle loads.

Thanks Dan,

How about this at 100 yards with a handgun ?
BTW......I think the low round is obviously me. I most likely leaned into the pistol a bit when I squeezed the trigger.
