My wife was never much for semi-autos, until she fired a friends Sig P365. She went down on her and bought one and made it very clear to me that it is hers. I have shot 380s and 9x18 Makarovs, to be completely honest the felt recoil on the 365 is not much more than either the 380 or the Makarov, and.... not much more than a standard sized 9mm, extremely pleasant to shoot. Size, controlability and shooting comfort there is nothing not to like.
I will say one thing about Sig's P365 SAS.... what a piece of ..... Bought one a few months after my purchased her standard 365. At 5yds the point of impact was 4" left, was not just me, had a least a half dozen experience shooters give a try. Same result. Called and emailed Sig customer service, the standard for the 365 SAS is to hit a full size human silhouette at 5-7 yards "somewhere" (still have the email from Sig). Just hitting it is good enough, somewhere between the appendix and left ear. Heck at 10yds it would be entirely possible to miss the target with a center hold. Had the SAS/POS less than 6 months, good by and good riddance.
