I have two two quart jars of red ripe Jalapeño peppers fermenting now and I use a seedling mat to keep the towel wrapped jars at 75°. Well Whiskey the rescue cat discovered the heated seedling mat and is happily fermenting his fat ass.
Pretty sure I've had housecat tacos in Mexico, not bad at all the way it was prepared. I was afraid fermented cat was a product of an engine fan followed by several days of hot sun, but glad to hear it was an ordinary counter loaf instead.
If old Muff makes it to 2025; he’ll be 20 years old.
