We haven't had that for thanksgiving in many years. That was my Father in Laws first choice!!

I did one a few years ago for one of my wife's Birthdays.

I have been smoking Venison "Footballs" for about this long and its been a favorite for Christmas or New Years. Amazing how just Salt Pepper and Garlic can make such as delicious dinner.
