How to comple and distribute email addresses?

On another forum, there are 40 or so refuges from another forum that died. Many of us lost contact with our internet friends and wish to prevent that from happening again. I posted my "non spam" address in a pm to all with the question "do you want your contact info available to these members?" So far, I've gotten a few emails saying thank you, yes please.
Now that I've volunteered, how do I do that? I've put their emails in a new folder but I can't be the only repositer of this info as I may be likely to be hit by a bus tomorrow ( or pterodactyl, etc). I'm using a tablet, so I'm sure there's a few features I'm not privy to.
Put all new respondent's addresses in my address book and forward to them, or is their a simpler way?
Android tablet, for maybe better info?

The cave man way would be to send an email to the group, then print the message showing the heading. I have cousins that do that with no care of whose email addresses are harvested for spam. For a one time event, or perhaps when updating yearly, it might be suitable for your group.

i'd just give google or face book a call and get on their buyers list.
that way you can have thousands and thousands of e-mail addresses at your finger tips.

I do this at work regularly. Names are in an excel spreadsheet. I can copy the names and dump them into Outlook and they will resolve. Now, Understand, that is with corp address book!

HOWEVER, the exact same thing will work (at least in Outlook (which I use work/home)) if you have the email addresses (ie: no resolution from name in address book to email addr). I just tested it to confirm.

If you need help, send me a pm. If you put the email address in an excel file, I can dump them in to and email, with you copied, and everyone will get it and everyone will then have everyone's email add. And depending on your email program, you either save the emails or it will recall them once you have used them (ie: hit reply all). And/or, happy to connect online and I can walk you through it.

Thanks. I might enlist your help in a couple days, I only have 5 emails from the group so far. It's a small forum with about 45 legitimate members
