Received a new mold from Accurate and put it to work this morning. I’m impressed with the quality of the mold. It is a brass, 4 cavity 31-095W (a button nose, plain base, full wadcutter for 32 S&W long with 3 lube grooves and a crimp groove).
Delivery time was exactly 30 days, the mold was packaged with care and arrived in excellent condition.
I’ve already cast about 150 bullets and they fall out of the mold with little or no persuasion. The “as cast” diameter is exactly where I wanted it.
In today’s environment it is very comforting to deal with a firearm’s related industry that is not just meeting the needs of customers, but exceeding expectations.
For me, Bullet Molds, Reloading equipment and most tools in general, are a “one time” purchase. Buy quality and buy it once. Some folks use the phrase, “pay once, cry once” but I don’t think that applies to Accurate molds. The cost doesn’t induce pain and the quality you get is above the price you pay.
