That's an aimed dryfire every 3 seconds. The metro gnome is working because;Trying to get 20 shots/bolt cycles a minute,is hard.It forces you to stay on pace.
I can do 20,quality reps and that's it,haha. It is getting easier. The instrument can be set so that it "tocks" at my heart beat rate which is good @56-58 per minute. The "beep" is also adj.Running 20 reps without lowering my rig sees about a 6? beat/minute increase in pulse.Which it also reinforces, gotta work the doo doo out of the bolt at the same time you're trying to calm out.
The aiming part, interestingly is the easy part because I was dry firing so much before being on the clock.I've read that 25 shots a minute was the WWI/II std for British infantry....or something like that.20,with practice and I'll say anyone reading this could keep'm in a coke can @50 at 20 per minute....with CB's,moderate recoil(7-08),maybe lose a bit of time on recharging mag?
