New 4 band 50 cal

I used the 51-450M1 dimensions with a round nose like a Hydra-Con.



Not sure the weight, but the bands are .505, just a bit big. Shooting for .503.



Not finished, but looks like this.
Just checked one for weight, 450 grain.
Body diameter and nose is 29/64, .453".

what is this for? You might need a fast twist for that heavy.

I have a 1-28 .502 barrel on my Underhammer that I am hoping this will shoot.

The 51-450M is stabilized by a 1-28 twist.

Also made a 3 band while the boring head was all set up.
It is .750 long, like the 4 band only shorter.

This should work in my 1-30 twist 50 cal.

The 3 bander is 345 grain.

Hope that it shoots as nice as it looks.

Now to order some 40-1 lead and some NASA lube.
