Got a couple of pump action oldies
Top - Colt Lightning medium frame 44 cal year is 1894. Rifle has British proof marks, better than good bore, and fun shooter.
Second- Remington Gamemaster model 141 in 35 caliber, made from 1936 till 1950
Third- Remington model 12C which sports a 24” octagonal barrel, the 12A had a 22” round barrel, both were Short , Long, & Long Rifle. The 12B Short only and the 12CS was 22 Remington Special or WRF.
These model 12 are my favorite 22’s ever produced. My brother down in the lower 48 has a 12A that he’s giving to me after much badgering.
The model 12’s were made from 1909 till 1936
4th - Remington model 25A in 25-20, 24” barrel, fair amount of ware but presentable with a very good bore.
5th- Remington model 25R carbine with a 18” barrel in 25-20. Gun has a lot of ware but tight action and a better bore then the 25A.
The model 25 was made from 1923 to 1936
Picture of the wrist repair and showing that there’s not a stitch of bluing let on the little gun. This is a recently acquired from a friend who did the repair. When Phil got the rifle the wrist was held together with a hose clamp.
I really like the Remington pump rifles, I’ll sometime this winter hopefully get that 12A from my brother to add into the bunch. Really want to come up with a 14&1/2 in 44-40. Really need one of those.
