Have no Idea what alloy Bullshop uses? As far as my alloy It doesn't matter to me I just mix to get 11-12 BHN after 3 weeks ( I use that Cast bullet alloy spread sheet) to figure out what I need ! It comes down to economy because the PC coating handles softer lead well!
On most of the targets I have posted here, you need to remember that I was shooting at least 3 days a week, always from the same bench so. set up, shooting and follow through....we an ingrained discipline that is not forgotten until you miss a week or two! If I see a mistake on the target,
I know what I did wrong! And I then fix my problem! Sure every once in a while you pull a shoot but you should know exactly why it went were it did! as my shooting buddy Ed always says" that is why we practice, to figure out our flaws"! The more you shoot the better you get!
As soon as I get all my seedlings in the ground and mother nature takes ofer my job....I will be at the Range again as many mornings as I can get out!
I will not be that accurate at first since it as been 8 months, but I give myself 2 weeks to get back in shooting shape!
Also I don't change things much....You seem to jump around all over the place! BHN, Gas Check , No Gas checks, Different bullets, different Velocities etc and you are only really loading for one .243!
I shoot at least 6 Different calibers accurately!
Because I only use one load for each and work the heck out of it!
Find something that seems to work and tweak the heck out of it before changing anything!
Just my advise
