first of all, let me preface this by saying i didn't join up here to sell/buy etc i was shown this site by a fellow caster a few days ago. so even though its my first post...again not on site just to trade. have been casting since 1972 and hands are getting arthritis so harder and harder to fill my molds w/out paying the price all night. i am willing to pay more than a reasonable price for a good MC

Lkydvl has been trying to sell one for a couple of years on different forums, he may still have it. He doesn't visit here much but you might check on boolits or find other forums he frequents.

not good. dr appt tomorrow to get looked at and maybe an opinion

I'm only a few years older than you and those doctors appointments begin to be a way of life. We must support our doctors in the manor in which they would like to become accustomed.

here i was beginning to see some daylight from the dam drs too. last surgery was removing a bone from my left thumb in 2018. no, i lied. got roto rooter job done on sinuses in 2019. looks like i'll be in rehab for my 70th in april. wife gets tumor removed from throat on the 23rd. if kids weren't close by we'd be up the chocolate creek.

surgery got postponed 2 weeks due to weather. they drilled 2 holes thru elbow bone, ground a flat spot on bone to lay tendon/muscle on, threaded said tendon/muscle and tied em to elbow after stretching em as had receded a bit and closed up. i could describe the pain but whats the use. just suck it up and hope it gets better. such is life. rehab begins in 2 days for 3-6 months. i go thru ice paks daily like crazy due to 4 previous mishaps so with a prescription i bought an ice machine thingy for $200. ice water travels thru 2 tubes to a pad. it gets COLD. yes i'm bored or i'd be reloading instead of on here bitching. anyways....
i made my monthly call to MAGMA yesterday to check on my Master Caster order. still #38th in line. since nov. the 4 out of 6 people they employ finally got over the covid and came back to work except one of em quit in dec and the ONE GUY that builds the casters, one at a time, by hand, is still feeling poorly and is only working half days. oh....and bidens a little closer to figuring out what planet hes on. maybe.

Had similar done when i was 16yo. I was crossing a set of rail road track that cut the street at about 70* angle on my motorcycle. Rear tire caught the rail that stuck up about 2". Kicked the. Rear tire right out from under me. Landed on my left elbow and face first. Tore everything off both sides of elbow. Was in a cast for 5 months total. Lost almost all muscles. Looked like bone wrapped skin like in pictures of starving people.

It will get better.
