Custom expander plugs

Guy's, I need to replace the m type expander plug for loading my 480. NOE does not offer this caliber yet and we all know Buckshot retired. Not having any luck searching so if anyone can guide me I sure would appreciate it! Thanks!

Seen some made from a bolt. Sounds like a lot of work though.

Might try Ammohead over yonder . He was moving last I talked to him ,so I don't know if he is set back up or not . I think he intended/intends to pick up where Rick left off . Low production ,second job/retirement busy work gig .

Lathesmith at the old site makes custom sizer dies, might take on an expander. Does excellent work in
my experience.
