Florida snakes and other invasive species

I see all these shows about snakes and other invasive species taking over the Everglades. Causing damage to native species and humans also. Can’t figure out what to do. So they study them and move them around, etc. What about letting people hunt them and blow their heads off. Boom, that snake won’t breed anymore.

What am I missing here?

They hunt and kill Iguana's. Those damned Cane Toads are another invasive species that need attention.

the gators will eat one cane toad and if they survive they won't do it again.

back in the oldest olden days Gators and snakes ruled the swamps.
it was basically a toss up as to who won, seems whomever struck first and was the biggest won the battle.
the little guys don't stand a chance.
