Where did you get them? I'm needing some of the older manuals occasionally. Also I notice that as I age I become more nostalgic, or at least more interested in older things. My poor kids are gonna have to clean out all this cool stuff someday...

Chris, I have several older manuals that are duplicates if you are interested. Hodgdon, Pacific, Ideal, NRA. Pm me if you are interested. Oh, and Australian also. Ric

I cherish my old manuals, and refer to and cross reference with them quite
often. A lot have come from ebay and used book stores.

The old manuals often show powders left out of the newer manuals. I probably refer to my Lyman 3rd edition cast bullet manual more than any other.
I don't own any much older than that but can view many after a 10-15 min drive.

you can find some real useful loads in those old manuals.
and they were written in plain English so you can understand what the writer is saying.

Love the graphics. ....also note how some data never changes and some does...you can also follow the popularity of various cartridges and bullets...Weatherby used to be very popular. ...don't think you're going to find much on the 300BLK IN THOSE..:)

Worn mine to shreds and finally sat down and bought about a half dozen one week..
Enjoy...Dan

It's not just fun to read and own but it brings out really cool data published before lawyers ruled the planet.

Good find Brother.

Have found some gems in old bookstores.

Antique furniture, architectural tomes, and certain engineering books draw me in like a moth to a light.....so,in our travels usually dig around and find the old bookstores. Not pointing fingers but generally folks that frequent these bastions, ain't exactly what you'd call sportsmen....nothing personal. So the gun and subsequent reloading books never get bought.
