How many?

Hawk, Accurate 36-135W.

This is the Lee, 125 gr. RF. A very accurate bullet

Yep. I did 850 of those a couple weeks ago, Ben. All powder-coated, sized, and put away for the next round of refills.

Is that a Rossi? Nice looking lever gun.

yep Rossi stainless.
I have a blued version of that same rifle, the stock is a touch short for me but it's perfect for teaching kids to shoot with when they get about Trevor's size.

I don't think I will be casting anything for a while, but I'm probably gonna go empty some cases.
I was gonna head over this afternoon then it started snowing about the time I got my tools put away.

Thought I might be able to cast this morning but it was -6! Snow in forecast tomorrow. Worked most of the day then cut a little wood. My puppy (Cash) was barking like crazy this morning, so went to check it out. There was a red squirrel running across the top pipe on the kennels, trying to get to some uneaten dog food. The squirrel ran to the opposite end of the kennel when I walked over and opened Cash’s kennel. Cash and the squirrel met at the opposite end of the kennel as the squirrel jumped to the ground. Cash had a hold of it shortly but it got loose and up a Oak tree. Cash made several trips around the tree and took a couple minutes to call him back to his kennel. Gave him a good rubbing telling what a good boy he was. Looked at My hand and there was some blood on my hand. Squirrel bit his right ear. Squirrel hair all over the snow! Put him back in the kennel, he went back in his house, turned around inside, then flopped down in the doorway and crossed his front legs!, I got a pretty good giggle out of that, and his body language.

I am getting rather fed up with the delay from my latest GB from NOE. I signed up last Sept. and it still hasen't been run. I guess i will have to get the original from MP.

Cast 250 Lyman 457193 405-grainers -- that's enough for one single-cavity session.

I ended up doing a short run that got interrupted by good food and family time, then back to it again and ended up with 1,355 of the 135Ws. That's enough to play with for a while working up loads.

I'm really short on 45 Colt ammo but have a couple thousand empty cases and about that many bullets lubed and ready, so the progressive might get fired up. Also I'm down to my last hundred .308 cartridges and have a bunch of brass and PC bullets all prepped and ready. Need to cast more.30 Silhouette solids to replace those fhat get loaded. Got enough factory 5.56 to feed mine and a small army so I'm not too worried about that.

Caught up on my casting @ month ago. Couple thousand 9 mm bullets in 130 and 136 weights. Before I do anymore, I'd have to go out back and mine the sand berm. This time of year, the sand is pretty wet and PITA to screen.

Well with no work for me for a few weeks ( as our Govenor stated: "All non-life sustaining businesses are to shut down!") and now the ranges are closed. Guess I will try to make it through this "hell" called you don't have to go to work!

A spur of the moment urge to start up the casting pot late this afternoon turned out 170 good bullets from a Ideal single cavity 358242 ( 122 gr) mould that I got from SMac as a gift awhile ago. They will run perfect for my wife's 38 S&W as practice rounds!

With a coating of my wife's special color PC (Smoke's purple) they will end up a nice .361-362"! The S&W Terrier will love them

I dug around in my moulds, found a Lee 44 200 RF I don't remember even having. Cast a few, a bit small. Lapped it to .430+, cast a 100 or so. Good looking bullet.

358477 single hole mould this weekend and as I always seem to get caught a little short on powder, it will be in .38 special cases with HP38 or Bullseye. It's only a mile and a half over the hill to the old gravel bank where I shoot by myself so that isn't a problem.

Jim, seems like you have a 358 Win you were talking about. I think you should try the 358242 in that for giggles. I know it works in my 35 Whelen.

Loaded 80 .308s. Digging around for more prepped brass, and need to make a .38 SPL wadcutter powder-thru expanding spud and get on with the .38 project.

Didn't get to the single-cavity 452374 . . . maybe tomorrow.
