In life you have to get back up . . .

I sure drink a lot less than I used to. Saw the error of my ways in about the mid 70's and since then I drink in about a year the same amount as I used to in a night, every night.

As we get older, we tend to get smarter.
Funny how that happens.
I'll have a small glass of good Scotch Whiskey a couple of times a week, if we are at home.
Never drink when we are out anymore.

A once in awhile glass of wine is about my max
consumption. Has been that way ever since I got
back from Nam.

Used to love my beer, but alcohol doesn't agree with my meds, so for the last thirty years I have restricted myself to drinking a couple pints of Newcastle Nut Brown while I watch the Super Bowl. Made it a lot easier to keep my blood sugar and weight in check after quitting.

Household consumption comes to 4 bottles of beer , 3oz of liquor , and a glass of wine a month .......kind of a holiday season binge really ........ oddly enough that includes guests and booze backed marinades .
