It was an explosives manufacturer in Utah, they were sued over patent law violation, ended up being bought out several times. Still making explosives but the Powders are long gone. I still Have some i use for 375 HH, is very accurate load for magnums. Very slow burning as U noted left unburned powder in smaller calibers. I tried in 308, 270 and 7mm Mag and 375hh. I have heard some tried as 8mm Mag and worked well. I had planned to work a load up in 7mm mag but never got past the first trial that was disappointing, my next step was to use a 175 grain and a new load for it. It was very accurate in the 375hh , I worked up 2 loads for 235g and 270gr. Both shot 1/2 inch at 100 yards. Was 1 inch low at 50 yards dead on at 100. Worked great in thick elk cover and open areas. Always a 1 shot stopper from 15 yards out to 300 yards. The powder shows up once in a while at gun shows, the last sealed can I bought was 8 lb $25 like 25 years ago late 90's.
