Mods, how can I delete or mark post for deletion?

I found a #263 top punch, and my post in swap / sell is superfluous. "I want to get punched"

I try more options, and nothing appears to delete, I can't change a thread title, so I edited the message, now all it says is Mods please delete this and it is still there.

Not deleted but locked.

Does a mod lock it? Not seeing a lock on my end.

I locked it. You don't have that ability. Just send a message to a mod and we will lock it.
