The sprue holes on "Hensley & Gibbs 4 cavity #50 with handles. $100" look oversize? maybe way oversize?
or is that just a optical illusion?
The base on the H&G 50 sample bullet in first photo looks funky...is that due to oversize sprue hole?

The mold could use a good cleaning. I just cast a couple to have a sample for a picture. Never used it before. The plate is at least 1/4” thick.
I think that’s a reflection of the handle rail you’re seeing.
It looks like the plate isn’t closing completely. Dried oil.

Got my 358242 and am very pleased. It was well packed and shipped promptly. I just bought a G19x so some of these will go through that after a good breakin with some cheap white box hardball.
