Nothing like being up to your elbows in a live breaker panel (and thus on high alert) when the cell phone that you left on "vibrate only" goes off in your shirt pocket. Still have a scar on my elbow from exiting that panel posthaste.

Or you are installing troffers and someone flips the marked breaker back on. Dad had to go to the widow's house and tel her what happened to her ex lineman. Cherry picker hot line accident.

Thats why I had to go to lock out/tag out training to change a saw blade on saws with no less than 3 stops between the blades and the breaker switch that had to be locked out .........
I guess it worked , I still have all my digits full length .

Back in the days when televisions had cathode ray tubes, a 25,000-volt charge would still be stored where the 2nd anode lead connects to the crt, after the set was turned off. Need to pull the chassis, or replace the crt? Be sure to ground that connection! It's not the voltage shock that hurts, it's your reaction that causes you to smack a sensitive body part agains a sharp object.
