My Lee 125 TC mould has seen better days. It is now giving flashing on bullet bases. Time for a replacement.

I am looking at this one. Comments?

THAT is the Accurate mould design I looked at to replace my Lee 122 TC, once it wears out.

Being from Tom I know it will drop bullets easily, make round bullets, and they will be the size I want. I also know it won’t wear out in my lifetime.

I like the 120-125 gr weight class and really like the TC design. No bevel base either. It checks off every box for me.

35-135D feeds great in my Xds. Shoots good also. ~ 60 rnds. Close to max load. Book says ~ 1k fps.

I'm not picky on 9, have a bunch they all work well. My favorite is the mp359-129hp.

I have a Lyman 356420 4 cavity. It's one of the rare 4 cavity Lymans that have the cavities pretty much centered in the blocks. I think I like the Accurate one better, but my Lymans already paid for. Let us know how you like it.

I have the Accurate 35-122C, similar but with a reduced diameter shoulder for absent throats to the rifling. So far, I'm not impressed with its accuracy in 9mm or Super 38. I would try the 35-120L, Tom said it was intended to copy the Lee 356120TC. The 35-125C looks like a slightly heavier copy of the Lee bullet.

The 120L would be fine with me too.
While I love brass moulds I think this will end up being a 4 cav aluminum. I don’t see a need to spend the extra bucks on iron.

I really like Tom's steel moulds, but his Al moulds are showing no signs of wearing out.

that's a truncated cone version of the HM-2 mold you got now.
the hm-2 also has the abbreviated convex in front of the drive band.
someone put it there for a reason.

I agree with you Brad, if I was replacing my 9mm mold, the Accurate #35-125C would fit the bill.

I have a NOE 358-128 SWC that is my current goto 9mm mold (which was my replacement for my Lee 358-125-RF, which has a nose that is too large for one of the 9mms that I load for.) I also have the Lee 356-120 TC, but it drops lighter than I like.

While Al called the NOE 358-128, a SWC, it's looks much more like a TC with the slightest edge above the drive band, and that hasn't caused any issue for the 9's I load for.

Ya know, I have real good luck with my Magma 38-130-RNFP. Works in 38 spl, .357, and 9m/m. I can just cast up a metric ton butt load and use them up in a variety of ways.

I have the same problem with an NOE 357-135. It's a Ranch Dog design, and a total "no go" for my M&P Compact. It works perfectly in everything else. I'm going to re-purpose it to 38 Spl duty. I just can't have it in my 9mm mould rotation. Too bad!

I have the NOE 357-135 and it works great in my Super 38's as well as the 9mm's I've tried it in (all full size guns & PC carbine). I also use it in 38 & 357 loads with good results. Just goes to show the differences that crop up in applications to various guns.

My go to 9 mm moulds are both NOE's............358-124TC and 358-135FN both with GC options. The 124TC is a three cavity aluminum and the 135 FN is a four cavity brass. Both bullets work, at same COAL's, in five different semi-auto pistols as well as a CZ carbine. Just last week, I cast around 1K of each design. Should last me for a while.

Also have NOE's 359-115-RF-PB aluminum four cavity. Also works in all of my nines, but I find I use it less, being a PB. Without the GC, I get minimal leading in the carbine.
