Pedersoli Creedmor Rear Sights

Interesting times researching the existence of a Cimarron Arms Deluxe 1885 High Wall in 38-55 with DST. Turns out its made by Uberti [no surprise, stamped all over] BUT Uberti seemed to NOT offer the 38/55 in an octagonal 30" barrel. Yet the parts list IS Uberti. If you drill down, the DST was offered as a separate option. So... most of the parts seem to be present [rifle was somewhat disassembled], only missing the forend screw.

Anyways, there is about four rear sights of the "Creedmor" type from Pedersoli scattered about, trying to figure out which one is correct to the rifle AND the front sight [think it was a tunnel front sight]. Smoke was coming out of my ears from contradictory input, so I drilled down to the archived Pedersoli site, and I found one that displayed the sights grouped in their series, like the 430, 432, 434 whatever. Then a great stroke of luck, found the exploded drawings of the Creedmor sights with parts list.

Expect a page to be slammed together showing the differences and how to identify them from each other.

PS. I checked my 8lb jug, it is Unique, thought it was Red Dot. :)

Just between us, Cimarron Arms lists parts for FOUR 1885 Models:
Carbine High Wall
Rifle High Wall
Rifle Low Wall
Schuetzen Low Wall

To my great amazement... the parts list for each model is darned near the same for internals, the Schuetzen has a different forearm, routed out to take a palm rest [which is standard for that model], and the buttplate is a semi-swiss. Not a long hook, but a longer "toe" than the stock crescent buttplate.

Also, Cimarron lists the DST separately, its not part of a model. High and Low Wall, but the part numbers are pretty much the same. VTI also carries the parts as well.
