Press Storage

I'm using the Inline Fabrications Ultra Mount Riser with Quick Change plates on my desk/loading bench. I like this setup so decided to use their wall mount system to get my presses off the floor.

The wall.

All hardware comes with which to mount the plates.

Quick Change Storage Plates mounted to a 2X4.

Presses in stored position.

Job done.

Nicely done. Nice to see you got your dad working with you!

I don't have enough presses to warrant a system like that but if I did that would sure fit the bill.

Great way to handle the presses but get rid of those nasty things hanging in the upper right corner of the last 3 pics. I haven't had anything to do with those things since the day at work when a guy was securing something inside a truck with one of them and it snapped loose, swung around and plucked one of his eyes right out. They gave him a nice new glass one to replace it. The sight of them sends shivers up my back ever since.

Those things are for a little tension & are not to be used for banjo strings. Your point though is well taken.

I have three of those metal desks set up in the barn. They make great reloading/casting benches. I need another one.

Our guvment desk sits next to a '47 Bridgeport...wouldn't have it any other way.It was a freeby. The matching chair is in our welding cell.Little duck tape covers the burn holes, haha .

Found a freeby orange guv chair,it lives in the reloading rm.Need to get a Lyman sticker on it...doh.
