I am confused---would not the hazmat license be held by the shipping carrier? I.e. Fed-X, USP, etc.? I get that you cannot just box them up and stuff them in the mail. Maybe your country has different laws than mine?illegal to shipWO hazmat license
There are people who do stupid things without consideration of the possible consequences. I suspect that none of the Gunbroker powder and primer sellers have taken the Haz-Mat shipping training/classes and have the appropriate license/authorization. They are interested only in making a fast buck. These guys are literally playing with fire. If bad anything happens that can be attributed to the primers, they will pay dearly for it.
Well you can always do it like me and my cousin did. I loaded him 200 primers in brass. Boxed them and shipped them as amunition thru UPS. Payed the hazmat small person to person shipment of ammo fee. Cost well under $20 and totally legal.I am looking to buy small pistol primers if anyone has an extra 1k they are willing to part with, I am sure this is a silly request given the times but if you don't ask well then .........
